This week...
The baby is the size of a bell pepper!! AND we also find out the sex on Wednesday!!! Yeppy... can you tell I am excited?

So after the last post... I am officially feeling a lot better about the Holidays! Thank Goodness right...
I have all of my Christmas shopping done except one small gift. All of the Holiday gatherings are confirmed besides Hal's side...which we are working on :)

Still Stressed!
Ok! So this is not a picture of me but for sure a good picture depicting my mood! STRESSED I mean, can you believe Christmas is 15 days, 12 hours and some odd minutes away. I mean... how did this happen. I am always so prepared for this day! Not this year...
We just got the house decorated on Sunday and before I can turn around good it will be time to box it ALL back up. That is the fun part right? Then there is the issue of presents... which I still need to go buy. But here is the kicker... I don't know what people want this year. I still have like 20 things I need to get or find. AHHH... Tomorrow is my off day so I will attempt to try to find the "perfect" gift for people that are impossible to buy for, while shoveling a 3 year around who is still telling me what he "needs" for Christmas. Sorry for the vent session but I needed to get it off my chest.
Let's just keep in mind the TRUE meaning of Christmas... The birth of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and forgot about the "stress of the Holidays".... awh.. I feel better already :)

My baby at week 17 is the size of a turnip! Awh... it is growing so fast :) Only 1 more week till we find out if Tripp will have a brother or a sister!!

What Tripp NEEDS from Santa..

Dinosaur and it MUST have a remote with buttons!!
Add also:
Anything blue and any car or truck that the doors open and comes with people to drive!
+ a Gum Ball Machine for Santa to deliver to Grandmom's house.

The mind of a 3 year old..
Oh, to be able to get in the mind of my sweet little 3 year old son. It amazes me of the wealth of knowledge he has (on everything!). He amazes me everyday.
From using big words, like he has done from about 13 mths. old, (such as enthusiastic) to telling me about the weather, my driving skills, what groceries to purchase in Wal Mart, etc. I tend to wonder... what did I ever do without him?
And how is this new baby going to affect him and this little world we have created? I pray he and I adjust ... I know we will! He is excited for the most part :)
With Christmas quickly approaching, which he is very into this year, he has become very vocal on what he "needs" from Santa. I am thinking I should have waited till a week or so before to buy for him b/c he changes his mind or adds to his list daily! I can't keep up with him. I have started to tell him that Santa has already built all his toys and finished his list and moved on to the other children. I don't think he cares... he just says "well tell him I need _______" haha
